Please note that our online store runs separately to our retail store and the same T&C’s do not apply when purchasing directly from our store in Spruce Avenue, Stillorgan.
 

 DELIVERY

Unless stated otherwise, we aim to ensure that all products will be dispatched from our South Dublin warehouse within 7 working days.  For some regions we are experiencing transport difficulties so if delivery option is turned off, please do not press click and collect as we will not be able to fulfill your order, instead please email us directly at online@helenturkington.com to request a quote and we will endeavour to assist with the most cost effective option.

*Please note, if you're shopping from outside of the EU you may be liable to pay import duties and taxes prior to receiving your package from the courier service.  FOR A LIMITED PERIOD, WE WILL CONTINUE TO ABSORB THESE COSTS FOR OUR CUSTOMERS IN THE UK.

All click and collect orders will be made available for collection from our Stillorgan store at the address below:

Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 5:30 pm

NB: Please note, orders MUST be collected within 28 days or may be moved offsite and we accept no liability for any loss, damage or inconvenience incurred.   After three months uncollected orders may be donated or disposed of.

NB: For health and safety and insurance reasons our staff are NOT allowed to assist with heavy items so please ensure that you or the person collecting for you come adequately prepared. 

 

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Generally, you can cancel an order or, if the item(s) is already dispatched, seek a refund within 14 days of receiving your order*.  Please email online@helenturkington.com with your order confirmation number clearly stating that it is your intention to cancel/return the order.  Please return your order to the following address by tracked mail and retain proof of dispatch (please note, return costs are the customer's responsibility unless there is a problem with an order, see faulty items and breakages below):

Please ensure your package is clearly labelled with your information and order number. Each item must be returned unused, with all original packaging intact and suitable for resale.

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges for any purchases made on our online store. These will be processed for a refund only.

We require proof of purchase for an item to be refunded and refunds can only be processed to the means of payment only so a returned item accompanied by a gift receipt will receive online credit. 

Once we have received and checked your return, it can take 3-5 days for us to be able to process this so please bear with us. You will be notified by email as soon as your return has been processed.

Please note that online refunds cannot be processed by our Spruce Avenue store, however you can return your item to Spruce Avenue and our store team will pass your return to the online team for processing.

 

FAULTY ITEMS & BREAKAGES

We are very disappointed on the rare occasion that a customer receives a faulty/broken item.

You can return your item under our normal returns procedure for a refund. Please make sure you let us immediately know about the fault/breakage so we can make sure that other items are not affected. We will ensure you are reimbursed for standard return postage on the item.

Please inspect all items upon delivery and notify us of any issue and intention to return within 2 working days from date of delivery.

 

ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

There is no return or cancellation on bespoke or final sale marked items.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that our Candles and Luxury Cushions cannot be returned once they have been removed from their protective packaging and/or the seal has been removed.  

Toiletries or beauty products are not eligible for refund if the seals have been broken.
