All products are dispatched from our South Dublin warehouse within 7 working days.

Please note that our online store runs separately to our Lifestyle Store and the same T&C’s do not apply when purchasing directly from our store in Stillorgan.

Please note that if you're shopping from outside of the EU, you may be labile to pay custom duties and taxes prior to receiving your package from the courier service.



By default, all orders will be prepared and made available for collection from or Stillorgan store at the address below:

You will be notified by email as soon as your order is ready for collection. Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed.



Please note that we cannot offer exchanges for any purchases made on our online store. These will be processed for a refund only.

Once we have received your return, it can take 3-5 days for us to be able to process this so please bear with us. You will be notified by email as soon as your return has been processed.

Please note that the refunds cannot be processed from our team members at our lifestyle stores. Refunds can only be processed from our online team members as our online shop works as a separate entity.

Please ensure your package is clearly labelled with your information and order number. Each item must be unused and in its original packaging.

If you wish to drop off your return to our Stillorgan store in person, you can do so Monday to Friday from 10am to 4:30pm. Our store team will pass you return onto the online team to be processed.


We are very disappointed on the rare occasion that a customer receives a faulty/broken item.

You can return your item under our normal returns procedure for a refund. Make sure you let us immediately know about the fault/breakage so we can make sure that other items are not affected. We will refund any postage on a faulty item, and ensure you are reimbursed for standard return postage on the item.

Please inspect your item upon delivery and return within 2 working days from date of delivery.



Please note that our Bespoke Luxury Cushions cannot be returned once they have been removed from their protective packaging and the security seal has been removed.

Toiletries or beauty products are not eligible for refund if the seals have been broken.
